Your Best Friend in Yoga

I took back control of my life and joy after discovering through the teachings of yoga, all of the ways I have been self-sabotaging myself over the years , and I’m here to empower you to do the same!

Why practice with me? Well, I’m not an ex-dancer or ex-gymnast, so I’m not here to expect you to do a handstand or ‘show-off’ doing any of that myself! I’m a normal, neurotic, anxious and kinda stiff person, just like you! I learned how to tap into my super-powers of sensitivity, courage and joy, and used them to create the life I have always deserved. Through the power of yoga, theory and critical thinking, community and always a seriously silly side serve of humour, I strive to help you do the same!

What sort of person am I? I am a woman who is here to show up authentically and truthfully with you always. You won’t find me hiding behind a filter, or preaching to you about what diet you should be following. I am a normal person, just like you, on a mission to lead an extraordinary life of magic, mischief and above all else, JOY.
